How the six weeks run

Discovery
Sites and WAN addresses, sensor placement, floor plans, apps and alert recipients.
- Week 1
Install
Your Cloud Unit ready, sensors mounted and on your Wi-Fi, the agent on 3–5 servers.
- Weeks 2–5
Live
Weekly reviews of alerts, baselines and incidents caught.
- Week 6
Readout
Incidents detected, faults localised, a baseline report, and the return on investment in your numbers.
Your next steps
- Choose 1–3 sites, including the one that complains most.
- Name the apps your people can't work without.
- Agree two or three success criteria.

- An issue detected before a user reports it
- A Wi-Fi problem localised to a floor or access point
- A slow app traced to a specific hop or provider
What arrives
Each sensor comes with a power supply, mounting brackets and a cable clip. Sensors mount under a desk or on a wall and join your Wi-Fi or Ethernet like any user device.

What it's worth
Work it out in your own numbers
We won't give you an industry percentage. Use your own figures: how many incidents last year touched users, how many people, and how long. If CNA takes even an hour off each one by showing you where to look first, here is what that's worth, before counting the escalations avoided.
